Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic team of young, energetic professionals who can confidently handle client interactions over phone calls and convert potential leads into active clients. The primary responsibility is client conversion—convincing customers to sign up, invest, or start trading with the company. If you have strong communication skills, an interest in financial markets, and the drive to achieve targets, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective leads and explain company services.
  • Convert warm and hot leads into active clients.
  • Engage, explain, and pitch investment/trading benefits clearly and convincingly.
  • Understand client requirements and guide them on the right services/products.
  • Maintain follow-up schedules to increase conversion rates.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
  • Maintain CRM data, update call status, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate with the trading/operations team when needed.
  • Provide excellent customer experience to build long-term relationships.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Confident speaking ability and strong phone etiquette.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert leads successfully.
  • Good understanding of finance concepts (fresh MBA Finance preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of trading, Demat accounts, stock market, or forex (added advantage).
  • Goal-driven and target-oriented mindset.
  • Positive attitude, energetic, and fast learner.

Preferred Background

  • MBA in Finance / BBA / BCom / Any finance-focused degree.
  • Candidates from financial services: broking firms, investment advisory, wealth management, fintech, or trading platforms.
  • Experience in telesales/inside sales is a plus.

Pay: ₹15, ₹23,000.00 per month
