  • Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies
  • Manage and maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
  • Negotiate offers and finalize the recruitment process
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and candidate assessment techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment assignments
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR databases
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
