Job Description:

Candidate would be responsible for carrying out the firmware development for various Electronic Embedded System based on Microcontroller or ARM Core associated with FPGA - SoC Modules. This would involve understanding schematic of Sensors based Electronic System, writing relevant device drivers, defining protocol for reading data and transferring data to PC. This would also involve defining and implementing the communication interface between Camera SoC (ARM and FPGA) and PC. This will also require co-working with ARM Core and Hardware (FPGA) as part of overall system development. Candidate is expected to have strong understanding and working experience of Ethernet (TCP-IP/UDP), USB, I2C, UART etc for interface with external system. Candidate must have strong knowledge of Linux based system and interaction of Linux with hardware system. Candidate must have the right attitude to work in a start-up environment and have skills to work independently with minimum guidance.



Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Essential Qualifications
• Strong basics and working experience in developing with C/C++
• Strong basics and working experience on embedded Linux and interaction of Linux with hardware, IOs and device drivers.
• Strong understanding and hands on experience with ARM Core and SoC
• Hands on experience of development of system with Microcontrollers like MSP430, ATMEL, ARM, Arduino etc
• Knowledge of working with Xilinx Zynq 7000 and Zynq Ultrascale series is good to have
• Good understanding of Communication protocols of Ethernet, USB, UART, I2C, RS485, RS232 etc
• Ability to understand schematic and come up with firmware architecture
• Experience in working on real time streaming based applications
• Ability to convert requirements into system architecture
• Ability to start development from scratch
• Willing to carry out development activities following essential development standards
