The HR role is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and supporting the overall organizational culture. The position ensures smooth functioning of all HR processes and promotes a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  2. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.

  3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  4. Handle offer letters, documentation, and onboarding of new employees.

  5. Maintain and update the recruitment database.

  6. Employee Relations

  7. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

  8. Promote employee engagement initiatives.

  9. Assist in resolving workplace issues with professionalism and confidentiality.

  10. HR Operations

  11. Maintain employee records and HR databases.

  12. Manage attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.

  13. Assist in payroll inputs and monthly HR reports

  14. Performance & Training

  15. Support performance appraisal processes.

  16. Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and skill development programs.

  17. Policy & Compliance

  18. Ensure company policies are communicated and followed.

  19. Maintain compliance with HR laws and regulations.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Knowledge of HR policies & practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office / HR software
  • Time-management & multitasking skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior HR experience preferred
