Position Summary:
You will ensure accurate people data and smooth HR processes across the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with People Services, Customer Support and other partners to process transactions, resolve queries, and maintain high data quality. We value attention to detail, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset. This role offers growth through hands-on experience with HR systems, meaningful impact on employee experience, and the chance to contribute to a global mission of uniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.
Responsibilities:Experience in Workday Transaction management and ServiceNow ticketing tool.
Process employee lifecycle transactions accurately and on time in Workday, including Create, update, and maintain job positions and Requisitions within the HR or organizational management system.
Ensure position data aligns with organizational structure, budget, and workforce plans.
Monitor vacancies, position changes, and staffing movements
Experience of working in a HR Shared Services, Support Centre or Customer Support environment.
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
Excellent written (language/grammar) and verbal (listening/speaking) communication skills.
Ability to work either independently or as part of a team, in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
Support audits by providing up-to-date position records with critical attention to detail.
Perform bulk data updates and manual entries while maintaining data integrity and audit readiness.
Manage Workday inbox actions, system validations and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
Respond to employee and manager queries, escalating complex issues to subject matter experts when needed.
Help identify process improvements and support knowledge management and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service standards are met and HR operations run smoothly.

Basic Qualification:
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
1 Year to 3 years of experience in HR operations, HR data management, or shared services.
Practical experience with Workday.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process and compliance requirements.
Good written and spoken English communication skills.
Comfortable working on-site in Bangalore, India with a hybrid working model as defined by the local team.
