JOB DESCRIPTION ARMMAN ) is a non-profit organization committed to improving the wellbeing of pregnant mothers, newborn infants and children in the first five years of their life by leveraging technology to create scalable solutions to address systemic gaps in health service delivery. We design and implement interventions in both health services delivery and community health care seeking practices by adopting multi sectoral evidence based 'community needs assessment' approach to empower mothers and reduce maternal, neonatal and child mortality and morbidity in underprivileged urban and rural communities in India. Role Overview The position needs to anchor, guide, monitor, and evaluate strategically important projects assigned across the organization. Roles and responsibilities: 1. Anchor organization level dashboard process
  • Understand the needs and requirements of the senior management and the board, with
  • reference to the dashboards
  • Understand the present dash boarding happening at department or function level and
  • organization level
  • Understand reporting to the senior management and the board by the departments
  • Mapping the flow of data relevant to the dashboards within the departments
  • Facilitate discussions with department heads to get their buy-in to the dash boarding
  • process
  • Creating a requirements document and for organization-level dashboards, and getting
  • the same vetted by senior management as well as department heads
  • Reviewing dash boarding solutions already available in the market
  • Assisting senior management to take a decision on dashboard solutions
  • Helping vendor structure and visualize dashboards
  • Handhold departments and senior management to start using the dashboards
  • Putting in place a continuous evaluation mechanism for the dashboards
2. Anchor the mMitra Sand-Box initiative
  • Study and document the similarities between Kilkari and mMitra
  • Study the strengths and weaknesses between Kilkari and mMitra in relation to
  • ARMMAN'S Tech + Touch principle
  • Create a hybrid pilot for mMitra and Kilkari
  • Implement the hybrid pilot
  • Process the findings to feed into Kikari
  • Create a continuous evaluation mechanism
Skills & Experience:
  • Should have a master's degree or above from a reputed institute
  • Should have excellent, proven conceptual skills
  • Should have excellent, proven analytical skills
  • Should have very good written communication skills
  • Should have very good oral communication skills
  • Should have prior experience in project implementation
  • Should have prior experience in project evaluation
