Sr. Business Development Executive
, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach, strengthening our brand presence, and creating long-term value for our clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Represent the brand and design strategies to increase product awareness by keeping a close eye on
    market movements, competitors, and industry trends
    .
  • Research and develop new
    marketing opportunities and business plans
    , while identifying consumer requirements and emerging market trends.
  • Suggest system and process improvements to achieve sales and marketing goals.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships by making regular visits, understanding their evolving needs, and anticipating new opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with
    current and upcoming government and private sector projects
    , ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare and manage
    quotations, proposals, and contracts
    , while tracking status, conversions, and timely follow-ups.
  • Analyze budgets, prepare
    annual sales plans
    , schedule expenditures, and ensure the team consistently meets quotas and goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in
    business development, sales, or marketing
    (senior or leadership experience preferred).
  • Strong
    market research and strategic planning skills
    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of government and private sector projects is a must.
  • Ability to balance analytical thinking with a results-driven approach.
