Responsibilities Present a professional appearance and attitudeLead management: generate prospects from showroom walk -ins, telephone inquiries, and other sourcesEnter customer inquiries into the system with complete detailsDemonstrate products to customersConduct test rides and convert prospects into salesAddress customer queries related to product specifications, delivery times, pricing, finance options, and other related topicsMeet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as TR completion percentage, sales conversion rate, process adherence, customer experience, and CX ratingRequirementsAny graduate or diploma with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in automobile salesGood communication skillsAbility to drive and hold a valid driving licenseExperience in sales expertise in the automobile industry, preferably in 2W or 4W dealerships, retail, insurance, finance, and bankingAbility to work in a fast -paced environment and meet sales targetsStrong customer service skills and ability to provide a positive customer experience Benefits MAXIMUM SALARY 2.64 LPA + Incentives
