Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Executive at The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru, located in Bengaluru. The Security Executive will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the hotel premises, guests, and staff by monitoring and implementing security protocols. Daily tasks include overseeing physical security measures, managing access control systems, identifying and mitigating potential risks, conducting regular inspections, and coordinating security operations. The Security Executive will work closely with the team to ensure a secure and welcoming environment for all.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Physical Security, including risk assessment, access control, and emergency response measures.
  • Proficiency in Cybersecurity, Network Security, and Information Security to safeguard systems and data from potential threats.
  • Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with team members, guests, and external agencies.
  • Ability to manage and implement security protocols effectively in a dynamic hotel environment.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry and understanding of local safety and security regulations is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Information Security, or a related field is preferred.
