Job Summary
We are looking for professional Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You will be the first point of contact for our organization and play an important role in making a positive impression on clients, visitors, and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional attitude.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; take messages when required.
• Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and courier services.
• Maintain and update appointment schedules and calendars.
• Manage visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
• Assist in administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
• Coordinate with other departments to support daily office operations.
• Handle general inquiries and provide information about the organization as needed.
• Ensure security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned, such as assisting HR or operations with event coordination, documentation, or other office-related support when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant and professional appearance.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Educational Qualification: HSC (12th) or Diploma / Graduation
Note:
• Immediate Joiners are preferred.
