Role Overview
We're looking for a creative and tech-savvy
Social Media Designer & Animator
with hands-on experience in
AI-assisted design workflows
. The ideal candidate is highly visual, trend-aware, and passionate about pushing boundaries in digital content creation for social media.

Responsibilities

  • Design engaging graphics, stories, carousels, GIFs, reels, and videos tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Create animations and motion graphics to elevate brand storytelling.
  • Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, D-ID) to generate and enhance visual assets.
  • Maintain brand consistency while staying on top of evolving design and social media trends.
  • Collaborate with the content and strategy teams to develop creative concepts that boost visibility and engagement.
  • Adapt content to various digital formats and platform-specific best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in social media design and animation.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating original, creative, and platform-optimized content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere), Figma, and basic video editing tools.
  • Familiarity with AI design tools and workflows is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, branding, and social media algorithms.
  • Ability to work quickly and creatively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering for generative design
