Description

Join our amazing Global Learning and Community team in the role of Trainer and be part of the UKG learning experience for Customers, Internals and Partners. UKG provides a blended learning strategy which includes learning through self-paced, live Webinars and Instructor Led Learning virtual courses. You'll be an important part of the Customer Community, sharing knowledge, tips and answering 'how do I' type questions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide core UKG product & Technical instructor led training on-site and in virtual learning settings to UKG internals, and partners.
  • Achieve high learner satisfaction results in line with company goals and metrics.
  • Be self-motivated and responsible for:
  • Achieving and maintaining certification in specific courses
  • Stay current with advancements in UKG methodologies, products, tools, and role based best practices to enhance the quality of training programs.
  • Performing administrative tasks in a timely manner, to support training activities, business operations.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure our customer, internal, and partner needs are being met.
  • Innovate to evolve our team, our processes, and our organization.
  • Complete special projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Collaborate with the Instructional Design team and provide input on the creation of enablement materials, including training, presentations, guides, tutorials, and exercises, that effectively communicate the synergy between UKG methodology and the use of our products.
  • Conduct interactive and informative role-based programs that include training sessions, workshops, and webinars, focusing on enabling the Global Services teams to execute their roles effectively and ensure successful product deployment and support.
  • Coordinate necessary preparation of logistics, materials and administrative planning to ensure a successful course delivery

Additional Responsibilities may include:

  • Facilitate forums to provide best practice, support, and role-based knowledge sharing to services teams, including but not limited to Pro, Pro WFM, Ready and related tools and processes/methodology.
  • Provide the services organization with the information, content, expertise, and tools to help UKrewers deliver and support UKG products and methodology more effectively
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to provide SME level knowledge and guidance on creation, improvement, and field readiness of organizational initiatives
  • Offer post-training support by addressing questions, clarifying concepts, and providing guidance on real-world scenarios.
  • Gather feedback from training participants and leadership and use it to refine training content and delivery methods.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience delivering SaaS software training, via virtual classroom platforms and onsite environments.
  • Experience of training or using UKG products is a plus
  • Adaptable to change, with the ability to pivot quickly when priorities change.
  • Flexible and be able to work in teams and individually, influence change, manage multiple commitments, demonstrate high attention to detail, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Adept at adapting training content to suit various learning styles and proficiency levels.
  • Proficiency in utilizing training software and tools to deliver engaging and interactive training experiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation skills, with an ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Travel up to 25%
