We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI/ML Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, practical experience in ML model development, and the ability to work on end-to-end AI pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, train, and optimize ML and deep learning models for various business use cases.
  • Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines including data ingestion, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training & validation.
  • Work with NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or predictive models depending on project needs.
  • Implement LLM-based solutions, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning where applicable.
  • Deploy models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) using MLOps pipelines.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, frontend/backend teams, and business stakeholders to deliver production-grade solutions.
  • Perform model monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare documentation, architecture diagrams, and conduct performance tuning.
  • Conduct AI/ML training sessions for school and colleges, internal knowledge-sharing workshops, and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python, ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and NLP frameworks (HuggingFace, spaCy).
  • Good understanding of ML algorithms, neural networks, transformers, and deep learning fundamentals.
  • Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG, embeddings, vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Chroma).
  • Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and statistical modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and model deployment (Docker, FastAPI, Flask).
  • Experience with cloud services like AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI, or OCI Data Science.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
