Job Description: HR Executive / HR Manager – Recruitment (Hospitality/Real Estate)Position Overview

The HR Executive/Manager will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment operations for clients in the Hospitality or Real Estate sector. The role involves talent sourcing, screening, onboarding support, client coordination, and ensuring delivery of high-quality recruitment solutions within defined timelines.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles within Hospitality or Real Estate industries.
  • Understand client hiring requirements and develop role-specific job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals, professional networks, social media, headhunting, and internal database.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary phone or video interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume mandates.

Client Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand client business, culture, job requirements, and hiring priorities.
  • Share regular recruitment status updates, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure high service standards and client satisfaction.

Candidate Engagement

  • Conduct candidate briefings regarding job expectations, interview preparation, and company background.
  • Maintain relationships with shortlisted candidates and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Support in offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and joining confirmation.

HR Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain an updated recruitment database and MIS reporting.
  • Track hiring progress, talent availability, conversion ratios, and closure timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment process standards and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes specific to Hospitality or Real Estate sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sourcing & screening methods, including LinkedIn, job portals, and networking.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and roles simultaneously.
  • Strong execution focus with the ability to deliver within deadlines.
  • Good negotiation, relationship-building, and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Real Estate or Hospitality hiring.
  • Experience working in a recruitment agency or consulting firm is preferred.

Work Environment

  • Office-based or hybrid depending on business needs.
  • May require occasional client visits or on-site recruitment support.
