Job Summary

KGMI is hiring an experienced Welder to perform high-quality welding operations in our fabrication unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in welding processes, be able to interpret fabrication drawings, and ensure the accuracy and strength of welded joints while maintaining strict safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Arc, MIG, and TIG welding as per project requirements.
  • Read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
  • Weld metal components according to required specifications and quality standards.
  • Inspect and verify welds for accuracy, strength, and finishing quality.
  • Operate welding machines, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain welding equipment and consumables in good working condition.
  • Adhere to workshop safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in fabrication/welding work.
  • Good understanding of different welding techniques and materials.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of safety practices related to welding and fabrication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
