Telecaller / Admission Counsellor (Education Industry)

Location: Dange Chowk, Chinchwad, Pune

Experience: Mandatory – Prior experience in the education/coaching industry

Mode: Offline only (Apply only if you are already in Pune)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and counsel parents about courses
  • Explain courses & guide them through the admission process
  • Maintain follow-up records and achieve admission targets
  • Coordinate with the back-office and academic team

Requirements:

  • Mandatory experience in student counseling / telecalling in the education sector
  • Excellent communication & convincing skills
  • Ability to manage CRM, follow-ups & reporting
