We are building a premium Membership function that will steward our most important stakeholders — the top agents and builders — from first contact to long-term partnership.

The role — in one line

You will be the face of Lands & Homes for senior stakeholders: acquiring, onboarding, training and handholding elite agents and builders into a flawless membership experience that drives product adoption, retention and advocacy.

What success looks like (90 days / 6 months)

  • 90 days: Signed onboarding & activation of first cohort of priority builders/agents; 90% first-contact meeting-to-demo conversion.
  • 6 months: Scaled onboarding capability with 3+ trainer/associate hires under you; 80% app-activation and first-lead engagement within 14 days of onboarding.
  • Ongoing: A consistently growing roster of high-quality, active members and measurable uplift in platform usage from onboarded stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Executive acquisition & outreach: Identify, target and secure meetings with senior-level agents, builder heads, and developer partners. Own the full outbound cadence — email, calls, LinkedIn, and high-touch invites.
  • White-glove onboarding: Deliver premium in-person and virtual onboarding sessions, ensuring stakeholders install the app, verify listings, and begin using core features (AI leads, CRM, lead unlock).
  • Training & enablement: Design structured training programs and playbooks; train hires and partner teams to scale onboarding across cities.
  • Relationship ownership: Build trusted executive relationships; serve as their single point of contact until full product ownership is transferred to the appropriate account team.
  • Meetings & demos: Lead polished product demos, ROI conversations, negotiation, contract/terms handoffs, and follow-ups to secure activation.
  • Operations & scaling: Own onboarding KPIs, CRM entries, feedback loops to Product, and SOPs for a repeatable, high-end onboarding experience.
  • Measurement & reporting: Track conversion funnel (contact → meeting → demo → app install → first lead → retained user). Deliver weekly executive summaries and insight-driven improvement plans.
  • Events & client hospitality: Represent Lands & Homes at industry events; host curated roundtables and invite-only demos for senior stakeholders.

Who we're looking for (profile)

  • 4–8 years of experience in high-touch B2B client acquisition, enterprise onboarding, or partnerships — ideally with marketplaces, real estate, fintech or enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven track record of closing meetings with C-level or senior leaders and turning them into active users.
  • Exceptional executive presence: polished grooming, articulate communication, and confident in boardroom and C-suite settings.
  • Strong facilitator and trainer: experience designing onboarding programs and training multi-person teams.
  • Outstanding organisation and time management — can juggle multiple high-value stakeholders without dropping the ball.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce), calendar orchestration, scheduling tools, and light reporting (spreadsheets/Looker Studio).
  • Excellent English (spoken & written). Regional languages (Kannada/Hindi/Tamil/Telugu) a plus for local market engagement.
  • Willingness to travel across the city and region to meet stakeholders in person.

  • Impeccable grooming and business-appropriate attire at all times. You represent our brand in front of senior executives.
  • Warm, diplomatic, and persuasive — able to build trust quickly with senior stakeholders.
  • Methodical, with a bias for process, documentation and creating repeatable playbooks.
  • High EQ: handles objections gracefully and turns skeptics into advocates.

Nice-to-haves

  • Existing network of real-estate agents, builders, or developer contacts in Bengaluru/Tier-1 cities.
  • Experience running invite-only events, roundtables, or executive breakfasts.
  • Training certification, adult learning or L&D experience.

KPIs you will own

  • Meetings scheduled with priority stakeholders (weekly/monthly)
  • Demo → App-install conversion (%)
  • Time-to-first-lead post-onboarding (days)
  • Activation rate within 14 days (%)
  • Retention of onboarded stakeholders at 30/90 days
  • Number of trainers/hires successfully onboarded under your leadership
