  • Strong Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills to effectively assist and retain customers.
  • Exceptional Communication skills to interact with customers professionally and empathetically.
  • Sales skills to identify and recommend value-add services, contributing to organizational growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in insurance or customer service roles is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
