Job Description:

We have an opening for the post of Assistant Manager – Home Delivery (HD)  for a reputed FMCG MNC Company at the Navi Mumbai (Sanpada) location.

Job responsibilities:

  • Make area plan & allocate resources in each territory for better 
  • Innovatestrategies to make good sales, customer delight & brand 
  • Help& Support front-line salespeople to increase HD 
  • Recruitment activity in slum areas or in the 
  • Management of Mumbai HD team with 
  • Guide the team to Ideal YL 
  • Strategize& implement marketing activities for brand 
  • Great opportunity to increase awareness of the product in the 
  • Increase sales and the number of YL.
  • Control of sales force and 
  • Make an analysis of sales trends & report it to higher 
  • Responsible for center management.
  • Ensure the sales target achievement of the center.

Work experience: 3 to 4 Years (Industries – FMCG, Food & Beverages and experience in Direct Sales)

Age: 28 to 35 Years

Special skills, mental or personality requirements:

  • Good Communicator, comfortable working in teams, punctual, polite to others, responsible, sincere to the job, positive and creative thinker.
  • PC skills like MS Excel & Powerpoint.
  • Excellent negotiation skill is a must.
  • Calm Personality and should have prior experience of working with lady staff.
  • Flexible to relocate and ready to commute to Goregaon, Chunabhatti, and Navi Mumbai.
  • Languages are known: English & Hindi.
  • Excellent negotiation skill is a must.
  • Male/Female candidate with pleasant personality, good communication skills, basic computer knowledge and must have a two-wheeler driving license (four-wheeler license is favorable).
