Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate. The individual will manage the full life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to identify and hire top-tier talent. They will collaborate with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a smooth recruitment process. The role also involves contributing to the enhancement of recruitment policies, metrics, and strategies to meet Simplilearn's talent acquisition goals efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes to manage end-to-end recruitment effectively
  • Strong skills in Interviewing and Recruiting for identifying and engaging top talent
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with candidates and stakeholders
  • Ability to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and foster positive candidate experiences
  • Experience in working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, preferably in technology or fast-paced industries
