Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our team at SRW Industries. The role involves handling outbound/inbound calls, engaging with potential and existing customers, and promoting our products and services. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company products/services.
  • Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Maintain call records and update the CRM/database.
  • Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
  • Follow up with interested leads to ensure timely closures.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum HSC/Graduate (any stream).
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
  • Skills:
  • Fluent English communication (Hindi/Marathi is an added advantage).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Good listening ability and customer service orientation.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet browsing).
