Job Summary:

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Position Title: Production Technician

Experience Required: 1–5 years

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) is a plus.

  • Assemble products or components using hand tools and power tools.
  • Interpret and follow technical drawings, assembly instructions, and work orders.
  • Ensure proper alignment, fit, and function of assembled parts.

Quality Assurance

  • Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and quality using measuring tools or visual checks.
  • Report any defects or inconsistencies in materials or processes to supervisors.
  • Perform basic functional tests as required.

Process Compliance

  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Maintain production records, logs, and checklists accurately.
  • Ensure traceability of components and materials used during assembly.
