Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth for ODE Life by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct sales with a minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience, a passion for wellness, and a strong ability to connect with diverse client bases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Sales & Lead Generation:
- Initiate and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting, lead qualification, presentations, and closing sales.
- Identify potential clients through both traditional and innovative direct sales methods.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional client service to understand customer needs and deliver tailored wellness solutions.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to capture new business opportunities in the wellness industry.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while actively seeking ways to enhance revenue opportunities.
- Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential areas for growth.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to create compelling sales presentations and promotional materials.
Share insights and feedback from clients to help shape future product and service offerings
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of successful direct sales experience, preferably within the wellness, timeshare, insurance, EdTech
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and convincingly.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A self-motivated, high-energy individual with a passion for health and wellness.
