Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative
Website & Digital Marketing Executive
who can manage our WordPress-based eCommerce website, optimize mobile UI/UX, handle product updates, configure automation systems, and support our SEO & digital marketing activities.

This role requires a blend of technical, creative, and marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities
1. Website Management (WordPress / WooCommerce / Shopify)

  • Manage and update the WordPress website regularly.
  • Perform
    mobile view optimisation
    for smooth user experience.
  • Handle
    theme management
    , customization, and plugin updates.
  • Add, modify, or remove
    products
    , categories, banners, and content.
  • Create and update
    product landing pages
    for better conversions.

2. SEO & Search Engine Optimization

  • Identify and research
    SEO keywords
    for products and pages.
  • Manage
    Google Search Console
    and resolve errors.
  • Sitemap creation
    , submission, and troubleshooting.
  • Handle
    indexing requests
    and monitoring page visibility.
  • Track
    website ranking
    , impressions, CTR, and overall SEO performance.

3. Marketing Automation & Communication

  • Configure
    auto email and WhatsApp triggers
    (cart abandonment, checkout abandonment, order updates, etc.).
  • Assist in
    email marketing
    and
    WhatsApp marketing campaigns
    .
  • Add and publish
    customer reviews/feedback
    to improve trust and conversions.

4. Content & Media Creativity

  • Create
    social media posts
    , banners, and graphics.
  • Design creatives using
    Photoshop / Canva
    .
  • Generate
    AI-based product videos, reels, and shorts
    for marketing.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor website KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversions, ranking.
  • Prepare weekly reports on SEO, automation performance, and website health.

Required Skills
Technical Skills

  • WordPress / WooCommerce (Shopify is an added advantage)
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (optional but helpful)
  • Google Search Console, Google Analytics
  • Sitemap & indexing management
  • Email/WhatsApp automation tools (MailChimp, Klaviyo, Interakt, etc.)

Design & Creative Skills

  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Canva
  • Video editing tools / AI video tools (Descript, Kapwing, InVideo, etc.)

Marketing Skills
