dynamic Media Sales Expert

to be our growth engine in the
Delhi NCR

region. You won't just sell ad space; you'll be partnering with leading brands and disruptors in the
Travel, Retail, and Startup

ecosystems.

This role demands a 360-degree sales approach, where you will craft and sell
integrated, end-to-end media solutions

from Digital, OTT, and Print to Influencer campaigns and Experiential Marketing. So if you thrive on closing complex, high-value deals and being the strategic link between a brand's vision and its market impact, this is your platform

How you'll make an impact

  • Spearhead sales and drive revenue growth across the target verticals within the Delhi NCR region.
  • Strategically sell 's full suite of integrated media solutions, tailoring proposals that encompass performance marketing, content creation, PR, and brand activations.
  • Build and nurture deep, long-term relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, and brands across the Delhi NCR market.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and consistently exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Serve as the voice of the Delhi NCR market for the internal teams, providing strategic insights on client needs, competitive landscape, and emerging sector trends to shape new product offerings.

To Thrive in this role, you'll need

  • 4+ years

of high-performance experience in
digital media/integrated advertising sales

, preferably with exposure to the Delhi NCR market.
- Demonstrated ability to sell
complex, multi-platform 360-degree media solutions

(e.g., Digital + Content + Experiential).
- Strong commercial understanding of the Travel, Retail, and Startup marketing challenges and media buying cycles.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior-level clients.
- A self-starter attitude, highly motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Bonus points if you have

  • Existing network and relationships within media agencies and client-side marketing teams in Delhi/Gurugram/Noida.
  • Experience or deep familiarity with Brand Architecture or high-end Content Strategy.
  • Proven experience in targeting and winning new business in the Startup sector (B2B and B2C).
