1. Role Summary

The Sales Team (PSR, Sales Officer, Team Leader, ASM) is responsible for driving primary and secondary sales, ensuring distribution expansion, achieving monthly targets, executing marketing initiatives, strengthening trade relationships, and delivering overall business growth for the assigned territory/area.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Target Achievement
  • Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets.
  • Execute beat plans, route coverage, and market discipline.
  • Monitor and improve productivity of the sales team and distributor sales force
  • Drive product visibility, penetration, and availability across retail outlets.
  • Distribution Management
  • Ensure proper distributor appointment, onboarding, and business development.
  • Monitor daily order flow, stock hygiene, and timely billing/dispatch.
  • Expand distribution network and improve numeric & weighted distribution.
  • Market Execution
  • Implement promotional schemes, product launches, market activations, and branding
  • Conduct market audits to ensure MSL compliance and availability.
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor Sales Officers, PSRs, and Distributor Salesmen
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners

4. Qualification & Experience

  • 10 -12 or Graduate or MBA
  • 2–4 years' experience in field sales

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
