Senior Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Service & Asset Manager to lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA in a greenfield project. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of service and asset management processes and SAP solutions, particularly SAP S/4HANA Asset Management.
Key Responsibilities:

•    Lead the SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation for service and asset management, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

•    Analyze and document service and asset management processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

•    Configure and customize SAP Asset Management modules to meet specific business requirements.

•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.

•    Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the new system.

•    Develop and execute test plans to ensure the system meets all functional and technical requirements.

•    Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring the project stays on track and within budget.

•    Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and service and asset management trends to provide innovative solutions.
SAP Asset Management Modules:

•    Enterprise Asset Management (EAM): Comprehensive management of physical assets throughout their lifecycle.

•    Plant Maintenance (PM): Planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities.

•    Asset Intelligence Network (AIN): Collaboration and data sharing across the asset lifecycle.

•    Predictive Maintenance and Service (PdMS): Predictive analytics to anticipate and prevent asset failures.

•    Field Service Management (FSM): Efficient management of field service operations.

•    Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS): Ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

•    Asset Performance Management (APM): Monitoring and optimizing asset performance.
Detailed Functional Requirements:

•    Enterprise Asset Management (EAM):

•    Asset lifecycle management from acquisition to disposal.

•    Asset tracking and performance monitoring.

•    Integration with financial and procurement systems.

•    Plant Maintenance (PM):

•    Maintenance planning and scheduling.

•    Work order management and execution.

•    Preventive and corrective maintenance processes.

•    Asset Intelligence Network (AIN):

•    Collaboration with suppliers and service providers.

•    Sharing of asset data and maintenance history.

•    Integration with IoT devices for real-time data collection.

•    Predictive Maintenance and Service (PdMS):

•    Predictive analytics and machine learning models.

•    Condition monitoring and anomaly detection.

•    Automated maintenance recommendations.

•    Field Service Management (FSM):

•    Scheduling and dispatching of field service technicians.

•    Mobile solutions for field service operations.

•    Customer service and support management.

•    Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS):

•    Compliance with regulatory requirements.

•    Incident management and reporting.

•    Risk assessment and mitigation.

•    Asset Performance Management (APM):

•    Performance monitoring and optimization.

•    Root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

•    Integration with other asset management modules.
Qualifications:

•    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP implementation, with a focus on service and asset management.

•    In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Asset Management modules.

•    Strong understanding of service and asset management processes, including maintenance, compliance, and performance optimization.

•    Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

•    Project management experience and certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:

•    Experience with SAP Activate methodology and agile project management.

•    Familiarity with SAP Fiori and modern integration technologies.

•    Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
