We're Hiring: Embedded Developer – Tech Lead

Location: Bangalore | Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)

Qualification: B.E /
B.Tech
in ECE, CSE, Electrical, Instrumentation, or MCA

About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Embedded Developer – Tech Lead who is very strong in Linux programming and has proven experience in Embedded C and FreeRTOS. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, leadership qualities, and a strong willingness to learn and deliver excellence in embedded systems development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain firmware applications for microcontrollers and microprocessors

Understand hardware schematics, datasheets, and peripheral interfaces

Perform board bring-up, debugging, and system integration

Implement and manage IoT communication protocols

Lead a development team of 3–4 engineers, ensuring quality delivery

Directly interact with customers for project discussions and requirements

Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless product development

Must-Have Skills

Strong in C/C++ and Embedded Firmware Development

Hands-on with Microcontrollers, Microprocessors, and Device Drivers

Proficient in Linux System Programming (Mandatory)

Experience with Serial Programming, Configuration Management, and Debugging

Exposure to Bare Metal and RTOS environments (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, TI-RTOS, etc.)

Familiar with IoT Protocols and Embedded Communication Interfaces

Good to Have

Knowledge of Networking and TCP/IP protocols

Experience working on connected devices or IoT ecosystems

Strong understanding of embedded product lifecycle
