Job Summary
Rassense Private Limited is seeking an
HR Manager
with a robust background in payroll and compliance management, particularly within the context of onboarding processes, including
UAN, ESI, and KYC verification
. This pivotal role is integral to ensuring that the organization adheres to regulatory requirements while fostering a compliant and efficient onboarding experience for new employees. The HR Manager will play a critical role in supporting Rassense's mission of delivering high-quality contract food services across various sectors, including industrial, corporate, and institutional catering.
In this capacity, the HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing payroll processes and compliance measures, thereby contributing to the overall operational excellence of the organization. The role demands a comprehensive understanding of
industrial relations (IR)
to navigate complex employment issues effectively. This position not only emphasizes adherence to compliance standards but also supports the company's commitment to a people-centric culture, enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee
payroll processing
and ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including
UAN, ESI, and KYC verification. - Develop and implement onboarding procedures that align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in
compliance with labor laws. - Collaborate with management to address and resolve industrial relations issues, fostering a harmonious workplace environment.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll and compliance processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding payroll inquiries and compliance-related matters.
- Facilitate training sessions for HR staff on compliance regulations and onboarding processes.
- Monitor changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure organizational adherence and mitigate risks.
- Prepare reports on payroll metrics and compliance status for senior management review.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancing employee onboarding experiences.
Required Skills
- In-depth knowledge of
payroll processing systems and compliance regulations (UAN, ESI, KYC). - Strong understanding of industrial relations principles and practices.
- Proficiency in HR management software and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights.
