Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Clinical Pharmacist to join our healthcare team at Neuro Foundation Hospital. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe, effective, and rational use of medications while providing high-quality clinical support to patients and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential drug interactions.
- Provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management and patient counselling.
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to drug therapy and recommend necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to optimize medication care plans.
- Participate in clinical rounds and provide pharmacotherapy recommendations.
- Maintain accurate medication records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct medication audits and support antimicrobial stewardship activities.
- Educate patients on proper medication use, dosage, and side effects.
- Assist in developing and implementing pharmacy protocols and clinical guidelines.
- Provide training and guidance to pharmacy interns or junior staff when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
