Job Description – Graphic Designer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer, located in Mumbai. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and graphics, developing brand identities, logo designing, and working with typography. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive and impactful visual communications.

Responsibilities


•Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for a wide range of digital and print assets, including websites, social media graphics, infographics, banners, brochures, and more.


•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, target audience, and key messaging, ensuring design deliverables effectively communicate the desired message.


•Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies, implementing innovative ideas to enhance design quality and user experience.


•Maintain brand consistency and adhere to design guidelines, ensuring all visual assets align with our brand's tone, style, and values.


•Use your artistic flair to develop illustrations, icons, and other custom graphics that elevate the overall visual impact of our brand.


•Optimize designs for different platforms, considering factors like responsiveness, load time, and user interface/user experience (UI/UX) best practices.


•Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed, managing the production process and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design assets.


•Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all designs meet our standards and specifications.


•Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to meet project objectives.


•Adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


•Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JQuery, Figma

Skills and Requirements


•Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suit


•Familiarity with the latest design tools and technologies.


•Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques, coupled with keen attention to detail.


•Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts


•Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or a related role.
