Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR and Admin Coordinator based in Pune. The HR and Admin Coordinator will be responsible for managing HR activities, developing team building, managing travel desk, co-ordination between outside companies and internal team members, and project management. This role includes ensuring effective communication within the organization, overseeing administrative tasks, and supporting the HR management team. Day-to-day tasks will involve employee onboarding, handling grievances, updating records, and assisting in project processes.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Human Resources (HR) skills and HR Management experience.
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Knowledge of HR policies and employee training
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource management, Business Administration, Computer, Management, or related field.
  • Previous experience in a technology-based company or similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Capable of managing administrative work, petty cash, and the travel desk.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independantly
  • 3+ years of work experience.
  • Project support: assisting with projects and providing administrative support as needed.
  • Servicing as a point of contact for clients, customers, and internal teams.
  • Data management: Entering, retrieving, and maintaining data in databases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
