Role Description

This is a full-time, in-office role for a Client Servicing Professional based in Pune, India. The Client Servicing Professional will be responsible for building and managing strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Key day-to-day tasks include acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, understanding client goals, coordinating project execution, addressing client inquiries, providing timely updates, and ensuring the delivery of services that meet client expectations. The position also requires collaboration with internal stakeholders to maintain quality and align deliverables with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Client Services and Customer Service to effectively manage client relationships and provide excellent support
  • Strong Communication skills to present ideas clearly and maintain productive interactions with clients
  • Proven ability in Customer Satisfaction to understand and fulfill client needs, contributing to delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Familiarity with Finance to assist with project budgets and ensure alignment with financial goals
  • Proficiency in time management, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines
  • Experience in working within client-focused industries such as advertising, communications, or media is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other applicable fields
