Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Engineer role based in Tirupati. The Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of heating element systems and machinery. Key responsibilities include conducting product testing, supervising production processes, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring product quality meets established standards. The Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical expertise in mechanical or electrical engineering principles
  • Experience with design tools, CAD software, and engineering analysis
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes and best manufacturing practices
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing industry or heating elements is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and meet project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
