Senior Manager:Transaction Desk_AFL

Role description

Ensure timely settlement of all payments to the lenders including CP, NCD, ECB & Bank lines

 Co-ordinate with banks to ensure update repayment schedules in the system, timely repayment of

principal & interest

 Check interest calculations of all term loans & update for any interest resets

 Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures in day-to-day conduct and

supervision of cash management activities.

 Reporting, including daily, weekly, and monthly assessments of interest rate exposure, VaR, and

MTM.

 Support Treasury front desk with various data and MIS for strategy formulation.

 Monitoring documentation for all the Treasury transactions and monitoring of covenants stipulated

by lenders.

 Monitoring of all the settlement of transaction and ensure timely processing of settlement of all the

obligations of the company.

 Handling various audit requirements (internal & external) and MIS to team on required frequency

 Responsible for handling and reporting capital market exposure on a daily basis

 Complete ownership of ALM & treasury systems & reporting

 Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures in day-to-day conduct and

supervision of cash management activities.

 Ensure hedge documentation & settlement of derivative transactions
