Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Industrial Sales Executive for Capital Equipment sales at our Baroda location. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in industrial sales of electrical equipment and a proven track record in building and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive B2B sales of capital equipment such as Gensets, Transformers, Panels, Industrial UPS, and Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS).

  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with electrical consultants, contractors, industrial clients, and project developers.

  • Identify new business opportunities in solar and renewable energy sectors.

  • Achieve sales targets through market penetration and strategic account management.

  • Provide technical solutions and product recommendations to meet client requirements.

  • Prepare and deliver effective sales proposals, presentations, and quotations.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely project execution and after-sales support.

Required Experience & Skills:
  • 2–5 years of experience in industrial sales of electrical/capital equipment.

  • Background in solar or renewable energy is a strong plus.

  • Good network and rapport with electrical consultants is an added advantage.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

  • Willingness to travel as required.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.

  • MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
