Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Social Media & Growth Marketing Manager with:

• 6+ years of digital marketing agency experience managing multiple clients.
• Proven expertise in Instagram growth — increasing organic followers, engagement, likes, shares, and client reach with proven track records.
• Advanced skills in LinkedIn growth, lead generation, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, video editing, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• CRM expertise with HubSpot and Zoho for lead management and reporting.
• Strong storytelling and content strategy planning abilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Strategy & Planning

• Define ICPs, positioning, content pillars, offers, and test plans for multiple clients.
• Create high-impact content strategies aligned with client revenue goals.
• Maintain rolling 2-week content queues for multiple accounts.

Instagram & Social Media Growth

• Grow client Instagram accounts through organic strategies that drive measurable increases in followers, engagement, likes, shares, and reach.
• Implement content formats and trends that boost client visibility.
• Optimise Instagram profiles for maximum discoverability and brand positioning.

Content & Creative Execution

• Copywriting for social posts, articles, landing pages.
• Creative coordination: briefs, asset QA, infographics, managing designers/editors.
• Video editing and creative production using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Publishing & scheduling across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook for multiple brands.

Analytics & ROI Reporting

• Build weekly & monthly performance reports for all clients with clear ROI data.
• Track performance via dashboards, UTM parameters, and data hygiene.
• Optimise campaigns for maximum engagement and lead conversions.

Paid Ads & Growth

• Manage Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns: setup, targeting, creatives, and optimisation.
• Implement SEO strategies with 2+ optimised articles/month per client.
• Lead LinkedIn outreach & retargeting campaigns for pipeline growth.

CRM & Client Management

• Use HubSpot, Zoho, Oddo & CRM to track leads and manage client data.
• Support sales teams with scripts, assets, and lead follow-up processes.
• Attend weekly client meetings and monthly strategy reviews.

• Proven Instagram growth record (before-and-after case studies required).
• Ability to deliver measurable lead generation & ROI.
• Advanced Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro skills.

• CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Zoho & Odoo).
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
