Role Overview

The
Sales Lead – Banking, Finance & NBFC Sector
will drive enterprise sales, partnerships, and solution adoption across financial institutions.

This role requires
strong existing industry connections
and the ability to position Bhionix Group's solutions as high-impact enablers of digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Leverage existing network across banks, NBFCs, microfinance institutions, fintechs, and financial enterprises.
  • Generate high-value opportunities in lending automation, digital banking, AI solutions, and BFSI tech.
  • Engage decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, CROs, COOs, and Digital Transformation Heads.

2. BFSI Relationship Management

Build and expand relationships with:

  • Private & Public Sector Banks
  • NBFCs & Microfinance Companies
  • Payment Companies & FinTech Startups
  • Insurance Companies
  • Loan Aggregators & Financial Ecosystem Partners

Focus on CXO-level engagement and long-term partnerships.

3. Consultative & Solution-Based Selling

Promote Bhionix Group's BFSI solutions:

  • End-to-end Lending Platforms (LOS, LMS)
  • Digital KYC, Video KYC, onboarding platforms
  • AI/ML Credit Scoring & Underwriting
  • Fraud detection systems
  • Customer service chatbots
  • Core banking integrations
  • Collections & Recovery Platforms
  • ERP/CRM for NBFCs and financial institutions
  • Compliance & regulatory automation

Conduct presentations, product demos, and solution workshops.

4. Proposal, Compliance & Tender Management

  • Respond to RFPs, RFQs, vendor empanelments, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for solution architecture and financial proposals.

5. Revenue & Target Ownership

  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Maintain a robust BFSI pipeline with predictable conversions.
  • Close enterprise-level deals with strong margins.

6. Market Intelligence

  • Track BFSI trends, digital lending regulations, RBI guidelines, and fintech changes.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and evolving tech requirements.
  • Share insights to strengthen product roadmap.

Qualifications
Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or IT.
  • MBA preferred, especially in Finance or Marketing.

Experience

  • 4–10 years in BFSI sales/business development.
  • MUST have
    existing connections within banking, NBFCs, or financial institutions
    .
  • Prior experience in:
  • Lending Platforms
  • FinTech SaaS
  • Core Banking / CRM
  • Digital Banking
  • Payment systems
  • Risk & Fraud solutions

Key Skills

  • BFSI industry connections (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of banking/NBFC workflows.
  • Excellent negotiation & consultative selling.
  • Experience selling to CXOs, IT Heads & Transformation Heads.
  • CRM proficiency (Zoho/Salesforce).
  • Strong presentation, documentation & communication skills.
