About the Role:
Take Core is hiring a Certified Fitness Trainer for our project at the prestigious Dharana Wellness Retreat, Shillim, under a formal contract. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in an elite wellness setup focused on posture correction, rehabilitation, and holistic movement training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct group fitness and personal training sessions for retreat guests
• Assist in designing and delivering rehab-focused training programs
• Maintain high standards of client safety, posture correction, and engagement
• Support the lead trainer as a reliable assistant/substitute when required
• Document session outcomes and adapt programming as needed

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Certification in Rehabilitation Training
• Preferred: Certification in Sports-Specific Fitness Training (ACSM, NASM, ACE, Prehab, K11 etc.)
• Experience in postural correction, mobility, and movement quality
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a wellness-focused environment
