The primary responsibility of Empower India Relationship Service Associate (RSA) Team is to Support the Empower RSAs, External Relationship Managers (ERM) and Management in their daily activities. Along with it make sure that the Team adheres to timelines and remain flexible to change in requirements from clients.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Communication with teams on outstanding tasks
  • Understanding of how own team integrates with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area
  • Uses simple judgment and defined procedures in straightforward situations
  • Completes processing steps as documented within standard operating procedures
  • Participates in special projects within team
  • Educate the relationship manager on the documents that are required to process the Fund Changes with better understanding of process

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years of experience in financial service industry is a must
  • Knowledge of ERISA, DOL and applicable IRS regulations related to retirement plans preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fingerprinting required for non-registered personnel to match U.S. requirements for same position(s)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Flexible schedule

  • Use established procedures and work under immediate supervision, performs assigned tasks.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as but not limited to; computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to concentrate, talk and hear. This role is regularly required to type, reach with hands and arms, sit for long periods of time, read, write, listen, verbally communicate, present information, respond to questions, problem solve, concentrate and tolerated stress. Many duties will be done while sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
