This includes revising the effectiveness of the current recruitment practices and making recommendations for the future.

Job Description

Manage the recruiting process to meet hiring goals through
the use of effective resource management.
Consistently meet the defined performance metrics.
Development and implementation of our recruiting
strategies and processes.
Team management responsibilities.
Work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results,
provide and accept feedback.

Self confidence combined with openness to learning and
applying new skills and concepts.
Possess good analytical abilities.
Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication
skills.

work.
Required Candidate profile
