Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Specialist located in Mysore. The role involves managing debt collections, maintaining effective communication with customers, and ensuring timely cash collection. Responsibilities include reaching out to customers for overdue payments, negotiating payment plans, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to address financial concerns and queries.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Debt Collection and Cash Collection processes
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Basic understanding of Finance and related principles
  • Proficiency in using technology and tools to maintain accurate records
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
  • Minimum educational qualification of a Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience in collection or financial services is a plus
