Compensation:
 
Equity-Based (4–7%)
 depending on skills, role & contribution

Commitment:
 Full-time

Runway Requirement:
 You must have your 
own personal runway for at least 8–12 months

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for 
experienced professionals (2–5 years)
 who bring both expertise and founder level energy.

  1.  
    Product & Tech Lead

  2. Build and optimize TooHeal's app & tech experience.

  3. Work with the Founder on product roadmap, UX, and rollout.
  4. Manage development timelines and feedback cycles.

  5. Preferred Background:
     Software Engineer / Product Manager / Tech Lead (2–5 years).

  6.  
    Marketing & Growth Lead

  7. Build TooHeal's brand and drive digital growth.

  8. Lead storytelling, campaigns, and community building.
  9. Experiment and scale with creative growth loops.

  10. Preferred Background:
     Growth Marketer / Brand Strategist / Content Lead (2–5 years).

  11.  
    Operations & Strategy Lead

  12. Build internal systems and manage daily operations.

  13. Drive OKRs, analytics, and execution alignment.
  14. Work directly with the Founder on strategic growth.
  15. Preferred Background:
     Business Operations / Strategy / Founder's Office (2–5 years).

4. 
Community & Partnerships Lead

  • Build TooHeal's ecosystem of creators, therapists, and partners.
  • Lead collaborations and outreach campaigns.
  • Grow TooHeal's community authentically.
  • Preferred Background:
     Community Manager / Partnership Lead / Creator Relations (2–5 years).
