Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Junior Civil Engineer for residential and commercial projects in Pune. The candidate should have strong site execution experience, knowledge of construction standards, and the ability to coordinate effectively with project teams and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site execution for residential/commercial building projects.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
• Monitor daily progress and submit reports to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Conduct regular quality and safety inspections.
• Maintain site records, measurement sheets, and daily progress reports.
• Resolve site-related technical issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering – mandatory.
• 5–8 years of experience in building construction (residential/commercial mandatory).
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400, ₹700,000.00 per year
