Job description -

Manufacturing Engg ECN, FTR, MBOM, DXF preparation

Education: B.E Experience: 8 to 10 Years

Exp In Automotive Manufacturing Industry. In-depth knowledge in

  • Should have knowledge of MBOM in excel, define supply condition, upload in SAP for new products and maintain for variants and ECN changes.
  • Should be able to coordinate ECN process thru CFT -R&D, SCM, Quality, Production, service etc. Able to monitor the status of the ECN implementation.
  • Driving the FTR for implementation of parts and assembly in the shop and release MIS.
  • Making station wise and line wise MBOM.
  • Evaluate the Requirements and technical offer and give feedback on the same.

Independence expected:

  • Making MBOM in SAP as per Make and buy list
  • Making MBOM and station wise BOM.
  • Having Knowledge of the Bus process- Inhouse , do piloting of ECN, FTR & release MIS
  • Working on making critical operation station wise and model wise and integration with MES.
  • Support in making DXF to suppliers like Instor etc.
