We are seeking a full-time Admissions Specialist to join our dynamic team at Kalinga University. This position is based in Raipur, Bhilai, and Durg. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the admissions process, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students. The ideal candidate will be someone with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficiency in CRM software to manage and track prospective student interactions and data (Mandatory skill).
• Strong customer service skills to assist and guide candidates through the admissions process (Mandatory skill).
• Exceptional communication skills for interacting effectively with prospective students and stakeholders (Mandatory skill).
• Accuracy in data entry to maintain precise and organized records of applicants and their statuses.
• Ability to evaluate applications thoroughly to decide their eligibility based on the university's criteria.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel for managing data and generating reports as needed for the admissions process.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye to ensure completeness and accuracy in admissions documentation.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple applications simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end admissions process, including application intake, evaluation, and communication with applicants.
