As a Research Analyst, you will be integral to delivering data-driven insights that guide our clients' strategic decisions. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive research, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations that align with the client's objectives. The role demands an individual capable of synthesizing complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear, actionable strategies.

Research Analysts would also play a key role in the development of Feasibility Studies, Business Plans, Strategic Advisory Studies, Financial Modelling, and Policy Framing across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research, and gather, and analyze data to generate actionable insights aligned with client needs.
  • Strategic Reporting: Synthesize findings and deliver well-crafted reports and presentations that communicate complex data to key stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business experts and academia, to provide data-driven solutions.
  • Client Advisory: Support strategic advisory and decision-making processes through data-backed insights and recommendations.
  • Project Deliverables: Contribute to the creation of Feasibility Studies, Business Plans, Financial Models, and Policy Framing for various industries.
  • Continuous Learning: Maintain a strong desire to continuously learn and adapt to new tools, methodologies, and industry trends.
Candidate Profile:
  • Education: PG/Phd. in Economics, B. Tech, MBA in Finance/Marketing, MS Finance, CFA, CA, or ICWA is required.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a research or analytical role, preferably within a consulting firm or related industry. C
  • Education: B. Tech. MBA in Finance, MS Finance, CFA, CA, or ICWA is required.
Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on clear, concise, and professional English writing.
    • Solid understanding of finance, strategy, and statistics.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
    • Ability to synthesize data and present it in an easily understandable format.
    • Proactive attitude and a keen desire to learn in a dynamic consulting environment.
Age Profile: Ideal candidates should be between 22-28 years of age.

Salary: 6-12 LPA  Not a constraint Salary will be competitive, in line with the best in the industry.

For candidates from Big 5 consulting firms, the salary range is expected to be ₹10,00,000 to ₹15,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
