Location: Kaka Plywood, Chandausi.

Kaka Plywood is a trusted name in the plywood and building material industry, known for quality products and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly Sales Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the shop, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and payments.
• Manage stock levels, update inventory records, and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
• Ensure the shop is well-organized, and displays are properly arranged.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Support in daily shop operations including billing, invoicing, and reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: 10th pass (Graduate preferred).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management.
• Honest, hardworking, and customer-oriented personality.
