If you are our Sr. Dynamics CE/Power Platform Sr Developer in India, you will have a chance to

• Looking for a Senior Dynamics CE/Power Platform Engineer with 7-8 years of experience to join Sales CRM IT Innovation team.
• As a Dynamics CE/PP SME, you will be responsible to work with SMEs in building POCs, Design and Development of CRM Applications that meet Business requirements driving the effectiveness, efficiency within the team and integrated systems.
• Design, develop, test, document, deploy, and support high quality business solutions on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform
• Having good exposure in Azure web apps and services development.
• Support Production Apps troubleshooting and resolution of the issues within the SLAs
• Participate in Business meetings to understand requirements and responsible to deliver Function Design under SMEs/Leads guidance.
• Able to work on multiple projects and initiatives with different/competing timelines and demands.
• Implement best practices for code, performance and platform efficiency.
• Collaborate and maintain strong working relationships with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of quality data.

Are you a high performer? We are looking for an individual with:

• At least 12 years of work experience as a Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform SME
• Have been providing solutions for Dynamics Platform for at least 4 years.
• Strong understanding & familiarity of Azure implementations for Apps, Services, APIs and Data.
• Must have designed and implemented Apps and Portals using Power Platform for at least 2 years
• Ensure technical issues are resolved in a cost effective, efficient, and timely manner
• Strong hands-on experience in C# & .NET customizations for Dynamics and Azure.
• Coach and mentor the technical team in the development of the project from a technical perspective
• Must have participated in work product reviews in an Agile development environment.
• Work with other key architecture roles to ensure the technology is being applied to meet the business objectives.
• Must provide technical support and technical quality control throughout all stages of the project
• Experience in providing DevOps Guidance and Platform administration & management.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; influencing skills and ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team.
• Knowledge of Visualization tools like Power BI is a plus
