Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented UI Developer who can translate design files (PSD/Figma) into clean, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HTML/CSS, basic JavaScript, and foundational React knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop clean, semantic, and accessible interfaces using HTML5.

  • Build responsive layouts using CSS3, including Flexbox and Grid.

  • Implement basic interactivity using JavaScript (ES6+), including DOM manipulation and event handling.

  • Work with React (basic) – creating components, managing props, and handling simple state updates.

  • Convert PSD and Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive UI pages.

  • Ensure mobile-first and cross-browser compatible designs.

  • Collaborate with designers and developers to align design vision and implementation.

  • Optimize UI for performance and usability.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Strong command over HTML5 (semantic tags, structure).

  • Proficiency in CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid, responsive design).

  • Basic understanding of JavaScript (ES6+).

  • Fundamental knowledge of React components, props, and state.

  • Ability to convert PSD/Figma → HTML accurately.

  • Good understanding of UI/UX and attention to visual details.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

  • Basic graphic editing skills in Adobe Photoshop (PSD).

  • Familiarity with design systems, color theory, and layout principles.

  • Understanding of Git/GitHub will be an advantage.

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

  • Good communication and ability to collaborate with design & development teams.

  • Positive attitude and ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields (preferred).

  • Non-tech background candidates with strong UI skills can also apply.
